Appointments and booking

Appointment scheduling is handled through Acubliss, a third-party platform, and is subject to Acubliss's terms. Availability, services, memberships, and pricing may change without notice. For current pricing and plan details, please ask us directly.

Insurance

We are in-network with Optum and some UnitedHealthcare plans, and we provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement; FSA and HSA are accepted. Coverage varies by individual plan. Please verify your benefits with us before your visit — email your insurance card to onpointawc@gmail.com.
